英語がな? English-gana to supplement furigana? - foodcubes - 2011-02-09 Just a thought, would it be useful to have something like 英語がな to supplement an Anki card? Basically an english word that will hover over the Japanese text, kind of like furagana for kanji. Maybe even something that only appears when you hover it with your cursor. Right now I'm hitting the dictionary a lot. I guess this would only be useful up until you hit Japanese only cards. Thoughts? 英語がな? But you could try (I'm not sure if it works) just putting English in the [] fields for furigana and see if it does it? That, or you could see if FooSoft would want to add the Rikaichan function of Yomichan into cards as well? Another thing would be just to not add cards with too many words you don't know. 英語がな?
