Does anyone know any online dictionary that has a database for names. I'm learning a lot of names right now and I want to double check if it's correct. I'm sure there is a database out there. It might have been mentioned in this forum. Or I could have just missed it.

Rereading your comment, I see you were looking for 'online' - WWWJDIC (http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?1C) has ENAMDICT, just select it from the pulldown...
Or if you want to mess with the kinds of search/dictionary hacks we discussed in another thread (using Firefox addons and bookmarks and stuff, I think this is it: http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?tid=6873), use this URL: http://jisho.org/words?jap=insertqueryhere&eng=&dict=enamdic - So for example, you can set up your addons and that search engine so that when you select a name and right-click it in Firefox, you can search for it in ENAMDICT.
I have this dictionary for StarDict, as well as other name dictionaries I got from random places. So in that case it's a pop-up in any program.
