I want to know if there is some all-mighty hesig index somewhere, that has the primitives as well as anything else. I know of this http://ziggr.com/heisig/ index, but it does not have the primitives.
I want to make a program and a master index would be great. Can anyone help out?

That is great resource! I had not found that before.
It is just the first book unfortunately (though it will be more than enough to get started). If anyone has something for the third book I would be much obliged.
