What a great way to prep up for 2011. I have some cool features in store for next year, and I can't deny this is a great boost to my motivation. Just you wait Smile

As I mentionned before I live on my savings since returning from India in August. My father freed a room where all my stuff was packed. He installed a kitchen etc, so I have like a mini appartement with no rent. I'm free to work on anything and gave myself up to a year to learn to start a business, however small or profitable. It' will be a good experience, regardless of the results. The only downside is I live in a rather boring town in the south of Belgium but heh.. can't have everything right (I'll totally hit Brussels and couch surf with a friend for christmas and newyear though! ^^).

I'm really interested in the new tablet devices, and I will probably buy an iPad 2 or equivalent. I will save the money and wait patiently and see what comes out after CES. Thanks to your generosity I will be able to afford one which I would have otherwise put off because of my budget. This is awesome because I can already start experimenting with emulators and development kits, knowing that I will buy one eventually.

So yeah.. I know you didn't expect anything in return, but I can tell you your money will be well spent Smile At the very least I will make the website fit to smaller devices with a good platform to test on, and improve the layout/design so it feels more like a native app.

So thanks again! This is awesome!

Oh, and if I do come up with some sort of business plan for the website, I ll be sure to look back through my PayPal notifications and RevTK emails and make sure everyone who's contributed gets something back!


@Blahah: I dunno if I want a set of gold teeth, isn't it dangerous with all the wireless around? :p

It's exactly the same with me. I just use these forums as an excuse not to learn the kanji, and shamelessly plagiarise the stories from this site when I do. Anki, imo, is just much more convenient for me to use since I use for e.g. the capitals/flags of the world as well. And you can synch it. But the site is stil invaluable to my studies.
