So yeah, I've completed around 25 or so Kanji but I am only able to review the failed kanji. I'd like go over the ones I have completed too but I cant figure out how. Thanks Daniel How do I review cards I have learned? - EratiK - 2010-11-24 Hey Daniel. "Normally" you can't. The point of any Spaced Repetition System is to implement the minimal amount of exposure in order to set the newly learned into long term memory. Because overexposure maintains what you learned in short term memory. There is a presentation somewhere on the RevTK page where this is explained. The cards in the different stacks are reviewed at longer and longer intervals. Stack 1 is immediate review (failed or new cards), 2 is 3 days, 3 7 days, 4 14 days... EDIT: yes, it's in the "learn more" section, at the top of the page on your right.
How do I review cards I have learned? - ファブリス - 2010-11-24 ![]() After the initial review of the blue stack, you may have to wait between 2-4 days for the next one. The will show up as the orange button labelled "due cards". This is a real test of the strength of the mnemonics/stories. If they pass this test chances are you will remember them again one week later (so roughly ten days from initial review). If you don't, it's best to work on the story to make it more vivid. So this works best if you truly learn the character before review. Make the story clear in your mind. Then the review should be just that, a review to see if the mnemonic works. If you want more than one round of reviews for new characters, you can remove the range of cards through the Manage tab eg "10-30", and add them again. Then review the blue stack again. But eventually you need to let them go (into the SRS cycle that is).![]() (Trying out min.us image sharing) |
