Image display program - yudantaiteki - 2010-11-21 I'm looking for an image display program that can display a slideshow of images randomly, of any amount at a time, and in different selections. There should be some way to tag images for category, and then use a simple script (or something) to show random images of a certain type. This would be useful in teaching to do certain types of drill-based activities where it's useful to be able to quickly change visual aids in a non-predictable way for the students. So for instance, I could make image sets for food, animals, people, places, etc. and then have it show (for instance) 2 random places, or a random place and a random food, or a random country and a random person, etc. It would be even better if the number could change, so that if I'm doing intransitive/transitive it might show just an object, or it might show an object + a person. Does anyone know of such a program? I've seen image viewers that can do random slideshows, but I haven't seen any that go beyond just showing images from a directory in a random order. |
