RTK III and WWWJDIC says 髭 ("beard", frame 2047) have 16 strokes, but RevTK shows as 17 strokes...

7 strokes for long, 3 for shape, and 6 for this here. I count 16. RTK III isn't actually the most correct document (where's the errata? A Google search only brings up RTK I errata), but WWWJDIC is.
RevTK's error, if it is an error, is probably just a transcription error.
