Is this a typo? - ocircle - 2010-09-28 平年(へいねん)より6日(むいか)、昨年(さくねん)より12日早(にちはや)い冠雪(かんせつ)です。 Instinct tells me to read that as じゅうににち, but I can't remember if any dates besides 1-10 and 20 get a different reading.
