I'm not sure of the exact dates, but TGS is happening now. All of the videos on this channel are in Japanese and they're about TGS. Are any of you guys excited about stuff from this event? I can't wait for Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3, personally. Also, have any of you been to TGS before? I really want to go someday. I also want a PS3 before 2011 so I can buy the HD re-release of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus in a pack. I'll probably import it even though they're mostly serene games and don't have a lot of conversation.

looks cool, I'm always into games. Obviously I don't play as hardcore as I used to when I was in my teens but still play it regularly or occasionally. But now it's more "I must play games in japanese!" b/c of the immersion factor/reading factors

ニノ国 looks amazing, Level 5 working with Ghibli is like a dream come true. The PS3 version's visuals look way better than any cel shading I've seen before. I looks like they're using a similar engine for ダンボール戦機 as well.

Speaking of games, do you guys have Xbox 360? If you do, I just downloaded the Vanquish demo and it has options to turn the entire HUD, languages, and everything to Japanese. An awesome feature that should be in every Japanese game.
