biang biang noodles - Texie - 2010-09-03 I work in a lab with lots of Chinese students. Okay, it's not Japanese, but we still have a lot of fun discussions comparing the Kanji and Hanzi. Therefore, they thought I would enjoy the word for biang biang noodles. They were right! It was such a fun Hansi that I decided to share it here too. The upper group of three (say & cocoon x 2) is written centre - left - right, but the lower group (horse & long x2) is written left - right - centre. 2. Heart is written before moon & sword even though it extends all the way beneath them.
