I haven't watched many dramas, so I can only think of anime. I'm not sure where to look for Japanese subtitles for it (if that's what you mean by "full"), but I think Lovely Complex and Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi are based in Osaka. These pages have links to some other media based in Kansai/featuring Kansai-ben.
