As far as RTK1 is concerned, I've got 1936 cards there so far, although 57 of them are orange.

Anyone have over 2000 in there yet?

I was well on my way to having 2000 green cards in the last pile. I was up to about 1990, but then I went to visit home for two weeks, the orange cards started piling up, and they've been piling up ever since. I now have 2015 cards in the last pile [606 orange, 1409 green].

Well, my RTK1s are all in stack 4 and green now. But then I've been reviewing only (I originally learnt them twelve years ago).

Still, it gave me a sense of accomplishment when the last one in stack 4 turned green (of course a few continue to revert to orange every day).

Reviewing RTK3 is taking a bit more time & effort.

How many reviews do you have to do each day, with almost all kanji in the last stack? Is it 3000/240=12.5 (with 240 being the maximum interval - i think...) is there a lot of variation?

It does average around 12 a day overall. In my case I've had months averaging 2 or 3 a day, and others with 20 to 30.

Presumably it depends on how you added the cards initially and on the proportion of fails. I added the cards very quickly, so I guess that's why they're coming back in blocks.
