That passage makes almost zero sense, and using that kind of language in any time period would probably give some people a good laugh at you. As someone big into hip hop, this sounds like someone took a bunch of random "slang" words they read on some website about slang and tried to use them in a sentence. Oh, also, they are not native English speakers.
