And this method is geek approved, so don't worry about the military aspect. Don't hesitate to download it (on the quick stream from the mountain) and have a look. It could change your life.Thank you SO MUCH for the heads up on this book. It looks like the thing I've been searching for for a long time. I'm starting with it right now ![]() And a lot of good advices here people, thanks from me aswell ![]() +Good Luck Cheesemaster64! Somebody punch me - Surreal - 2010-11-03 I just want to chime in and say that you need to remember to reward yourself when you do things that you think are helping you progress - and when I say "reward", I really mean just stopping for a moment to think that "I did something good now" and allow yourself to feel proud about it. And something that I read on AJATT that stuck with me is to work with probabilities and overall trends - try to make the chances of you performing a positive behavior higher. This can help you alot in avoiding 'musturbatory' behavior that makes you obsess over any failure to stick to goals/advice/etc. You can't always do the best thing, what's most important in the long run is averages and it's important to get back on your feet as soon as possible when something gets you down; getting into an 'all-or-nothing' mindset would make that much harder. Remember to take some time now and then to reflect on the good things you've done during the preceding days/weeks/months and feel good about it, to get a larger perspective. Much of motivation consists of learning to feel good about the things you do and then remember those feelings. Hope this helps somewhat.
