This is our true or false exam. I'm currently trying to translate it. I'll update each item from now depending on response and my understanding.


1. 作業者は体調が急激に悪くなりラインを止めた。班長は念のため体調が悪くなり前の製品も遡り確認した。
The worker suddenly felt unwell and stopped the line. Just in case, the team leader checked all products done before the worker felt unwell.

2. 作業者は締め付け工具のソケットが破損していることに気付き自らトルク測定工具でトルクを測定したら管理値内だった為作業をそのまま続行した。
The worker noticed that the socket of the tightening tool is damaged, since it was within the control value when measured by torque measuring tool, he continued working as it is.

3. ポリカバーが異品である事を作業者が気付きラインを止めた。班長は数量の特定が出来ないのでシートラック確認と得意先の確認を品管に連絡した。
Noticing that the poly-cover is unusual, the worker stopped the line. The team leader cannot specify the volume, so in coordination with the quality control, sheet racks were checked and confirmation was asked from client.

4. 班長は作業手順が一部違う作業を観察中に発見した。出来上がり上問題ない為そのまま作業を続行させた。
The team leader discovered that a part of the operation is different from the manufacturing protocol. Since there is no problem on top of finished products, he let the operation continue as it is.

5. 作業者はピッキングランプが点灯、点滅しない部品がある事に気付くが全使用に必ず使用するため取り忘れる事は無いし後工程で必ず発見されるのでそのまま作業を続けた。
The worker noticed that there were parts where the picking-lamp turns on and off, but as it will certainly be used to the entire utilization, and since nothing is misplaced and the later manufacturing process will discover it without fail, he continued and left it as it is.

6. Aの部品を取り付けている作業者がラインを止めて「Aの部品が余りました」と班長に報告した。班長は余剰として捉まえ再起動した。
The worker that installs "A" parts stopped the line informing the team leader that the there is an excess of "A" parts. The team leader seized the excess parts then restarted the line.

7. 部品に初物のエフが付いてきた。班長より何も連絡を受けていなかったが班長に連絡した。
A new "F" thing came along with parts. There was no information coming from the team leader so it was reported to him.

8. 前工程の不良がラインで見つかり作業者はラインを止めた。班長は現品の前後を確認してラインを再起動した。
The worker stopped the line due to a defect found from an earlier manufacturing process. The team leader also checked the items that comes before and after the defect before restarting the line.

9. シートベルトにキズがある事を作業者が発見した。班長は現品を跳ね出して処置をした。
A defect was found at the seat-belt by the worker. The team leader bound the actual item out and took action.

10. 作業者はスチームによるシワ除去に時間がかかり過ぎ他の作業が間に合わないと思ったのであんどを引っ張り班長を呼んだ。
Called the team leader by pulling the relief because the worker using steam is taking a long time trying to remove a crease/wrinkle.

11. 作業者は部品を床に落とし自分でも拾える場所にあったがあんどを引っ張り班長を呼んだ。
Called the team leader by pulling the relief even in the case when the worker himself can pick up the fallen parts on the floor.

12. 始業点検時エアー圧がいつもより少し低いが基準内であったため数値をそのまま記入して作業に入った。
When inspecting before starting to work, the air pressure is a little bit low than usual; but since it was within the standard, the numeric value was entered as it is and started working.
