I looked at what you were looking for recommendations for, and i honestly have not run across anything that "black metal" in japanese besides DMC... the growling deep voices... seems finding bands like that that do not sing in english is pretty tough
for the other people that enjoy metal though, you may like some of these

For any one that likes "Black Metal" there's "Magane" that have japanese lyrics.
I also found the Japanese version of old Nightwish "Liv Moon". All Japanese lyrics too except some songs like "Phantom Of the Opera"
