What does the expression/sentence　「真夜中に浸透」mean?
Is it perhaps some kind of a metaphor?
I just want to understand wha the song's about.

「真夜中に浸透」 by itself is ambiguous. 浸透 is like when you spill a liquid and put a paper towel over it to clean it up. The water soaks/penetrates into the paper towel, so 浸透 is like 溶け込む, which is to melt into something. 「真夜中に浸透」 means something is melting/penetrating into the middle of the night. If you add the rest of the chorus, which is 「研ぎすますライム　溶け込ますバイブ」, it reveals what the 'something' is. Smile
