Anyone know where I can buy the Kanzen Master books in the uk?

Preferably an online retailer which has them here in the uk...don't want to resort to buying them from thejapanshop.com

Thanks in advance Smile

Amazon.co.uk has the lv2 and lv3 books. Why not them? Smile

Both The Japan Centre and the bookshop in the basement of Mitsukoshi department store in London sell these books. I am fairly sure that both shops have a facility to order online and get the books delivered, but I have never really looked into it as it is just as easy for me to pop in to either place on the way home...

The ones on Amazon are both third party sellers, that is they are in the US new or used in the UK.

I thought about the japan centre having bought the Genki series of textbooks from them, but they don't have Kanzen on their online store.

The SOAS bookshop might be worth a try if you happen to be in London. (http://www.soas.ac.uk/visitors/bookshop/) They only really stock books used in SOAS courses, but I think that might include KM.

The other alternative is ordering from a Japanese online store. You have to pay for shipping, but on the other hand anybody selling these books in the UK will already have increased the price to cover their own shipping costs from Japan. (In particular, Amazon UK have a honking big markup on the Dictionary of Advanced Japanese Grammar compared to bk1.jp...)

Don't use amazon.jp whatever you do -- their shipping charges are extortionate.

They have it!! They have the Japan Times Grammar dictionaries at a good price too, thanks!

They've also got 中級の日本語 by the japan times, which I've been on the lookout for Smile
