I only posted Smart.FM decks on Anki, so the 2001KO decks are from someone else. As for sorting, there is a plug-in for anki that'll sort based on an item name.
Hmm, really should be a RevTK Wiki entry on sentence sorting. I'm not able to do it myself, nor have the desire due to where I'm now at in my studies (past the point that sorted sentences would have offered a benefit). Still, seeing that's there are two ways to sort: Program and a Anki plug-in, then it's good to have a Wiki explanation.
