If you send me an email then yes, I can send you the spreadsheet. You can add to it by adding stuff from the kanzen masuta- book, the grammar points should be the same or at least overlap heavily. What sort of stuff does it have in the 500 essential expressions book? Does any of it appear in the grammar section of the JLPT?

Yes, of course the どんな時 grammar points appear on the test, it's what it's geared towards. Using the import method you pointed out to me, I just took the entire grammar point list from the J-gram website and turned them into flashcards. Niiiiiice. The example sentence and notes fields are empty, but those can be filled in later. I'll email you, but I'm not sure I can be much help, as your cards sound very personalized. Too bad the only way to set up the perfect cards is by trial and error.
