Im looking for a website or book, explaining Japanese grammar in Japenese.

If you want to look up specific sentence patterns (〜間に, 〜へと), 日本語表現文型辞典 on this page is useful (you need to register). The level is intermediate to advanced.

I like 日本語文型辞典. It's got reasonable brief explanations and lots of examples, and it's pretty comprehensive. It's generally the sentence-pattern-explanation sort of grammar. One curious omission is that as far as I can see it doesn't tackle は vs が at all ;-)

I recommend *against* the Kanzen Master JLPT grammar books (for this purpose) -- they're good as a summary list of JLPT grammar points, but no good for explanations of those points.

The niwa saburou is really nice. That guy is a genius. But it is really not very useful for learning, it is more for reflecting on the sentence patterns you know very well.
