Small Victories are what what keep me going. For example, I just realized that when I hear '春' I know what is being talked about, but the word 'Spring' take a few seconds before I can recall it. To my knowledge this is the first word that I now think of the concept rather than the English translation.

Everyone, post your small victories here. Smile

Crawled out of bed today around midday with one of the worst hangovers of my life.

Still managed to get a couple of hours of grammar reviews done in the afternoon. Does that count?

I decided to get a manga. From the very start I was actually reading most of it (with out furigana). It made me feel special.

But on a fail note, I decided to look up the lyrics to this song I've been listening to for a few days. It turns out I knew most the words that were being sung. I didn't even realize it. My listening sucks Sad

Ah, I'm dying to read without furigana! Smile

And yeah, reviewing grammar with a hangover is a small miracle. Wink

That happens quite a lot for my listening too.

Well, some songs can be difficult to understand even in one's native language so don't feel bad about it.

I finally learned something from an online Japanese comic. Big Grin Yay for small victories.
