I knew I'd read the whole damn thing. This one ran around in a surprising amount of circles though. Jarvik- I really like your post along the lines of- why do religious people think their text/quotes have the same meaning/gravity to the non-religious/other religions. Using a religious text as proof for anything doesn't really prove anything. I was just thinking this morning, if the beauty and complexity of the modern world prove God's existence, isn't that contrary to faith, since faith means to believe in something without proof? Doesn't that mean you can either have faith, or believe that the world proves God's existence? Bodhi- good quote from Buddha- thanks.
