They're speaking a variation of Kansai dialect. People from Osaka (and linguists) might disagree, but most Japanese would say it's Osaka ben. Occasionally they fake Tokyo dialect for an effect, and as is always the case with comedians, their intonation is slightly exaggerated.

Ahhh, yeah cos I thought I heard them say a few Kansai-ben things I've picked up and I noticed some things they'd say a lot which seemed different than what I'm used to. Glad I know now
