There are many wikipedia pages related to him (theres even a Tagalog one)
I've actually heard his name before (honest!)

I was only able to answer the 協力 question and the 東野 one, that must mean I'm half-way there Smile
協力 was used in Nobuta wo Produce, and I'm a big fan of owarai programs so I've lots of comedians names in anki Smile

I tried finding more clips from the 日本語能力検証 show, it seems they only uploaded bobbys.
