In case people haven't noticed, mixi.jp now has applications and games, similar to facebook. Good stuff if you want to train Japanese, many of them are flashgames. The kanji test one is pretty hard though, the farthest I got was 5 questions answered.

As a light comedy I love it. Mr. Brain is hilarious. I was suspicious at first that it was going to be a ripoff of Galileo, but now I see it's very different. There's a lot of pseudo-neuroscience in it, that seems to be a plague for a lot of new shows, but that also allows for a lot of interesting tangents and discussions precisely because neuroscience is such a fascinating and protean field.
