Scribblenauts NDS - wonderflex - 2009-08-21 I'm not sure who all has heard of Scribblenauts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scribblenauts) before. It is a new game on the DS where anything you write will appear and aid you in finishing a level. I highly suggest looking it up on Youtube to get an idea for what I mean. So, if this game ever comes out in Japan do you think it would be a great learning tool? You would have to solve complex puzzles using your knowledge of Japanese words, so I can only imagine that it would help you to stretch out your vocabulary some. Especially that of nouns, seeing how they are all you can write. Scribblenauts NDS - strugglebunny - 2009-08-21 I've seen the game and it looks amazing. I'd rather just play it in English though; a game like that will lose something in translation. Scribblenauts NDS - strugglebunny - 2009-08-21 Probably not, as it will heavily depend on vocabulary you can produce, I don't think you'll be learning anything new. I figured though that it would encourage me to search my mind for for words that I may not use on a regular basis, but are needed to complete the level. |
