Why aren't the Kun-youmi on the "detailed list" part of the list? Wouldn't both readings be best?

音読み are the sounds of the characters. They're widely used in 漢語 words, so are a good guess for reading unknown words, just like keywords are a good guess for understanding unknown words. For example:

高圧電
Keywords: high/pressure/electricity
音読み: コウ／アツ／デン
Actual meaning: high-voltage electricity
Actual reading: こうあつでん

全て
keyword: whole
音読み: ゼン
Actual meaning: all, wholly, entirely
Actual reading: すべて
すべ.て is a 訓読み of 全.

音楽学
keywords: sound/music/memorize
音読み: オン／ガク／ガク
Actual meaning: musicology, music (major)
Actual reading: おんがくがく

楽しみ
keyword: music
音読み: ガク
Actual meaning: enjoyment, fun, pleasure
Actual reading: たのしみ
たの.しみ is a form of たの.しい, which is a 訓読み of 楽.

訓読み are a way of reading and writing Japanese words based on interpreting the meaning of Chinese characters. (訓 also means "interpretation of a text") They only make sense in the context of vocabulary.

That's why there's no 訓. They'd just be a waste of your time until you start learning vocab.
