So, would it be interesting for those RTKers living in Japan to start a project of recording and sharing audio tours for the community to listen to/sentence mine/whatever? Something like this, but not limited to spaces like Kabukicho (I guess they figured that'd appeal to a certain type of young male Japanese learner?): http://www.tokyorealtime.com/

This follows thoughts I had here: http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?pid=43233#pid43233 + http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?pid=43966#pid43966

Personally I was imagining it to be something between an audio tour and a soundwalk, where the emphasis is on language and immersion, but not necessarily 'guided' w/ voice-over while focusing on the landscape's natural spoken language rather than non-verbal ambient sounds.

So it would be schizophonia (http://www.sfu.ca/sonic-studio/handbook/Schizophonia.html) but in a positive way. ;p
