I second the Yahoo auctions... that's what I used when I was in Japan... but they don't take non japanese credit cards (at least they didn't take mine and it's a visa).
But what do you mean by "there isn't anyone Japanese on Ebay"? oO; Everytime I've bough a magazine on there... the location is always Japan -_-;
