Questions about this chapter.
I'm not exactly sure how to translate this part from the very beginning:
Mihiro： 門脇君の事。。。
私がもう少ししっかりしていれば。。。あなた達、あんな事にならなかったのに。。。
Yuika: もういいよ、未紘。。。友達に手を出す男の話しなんて。。。
Seems like Kadowaki-kun was going out with Yuika but then dumped her for Mihiro, and Mihiro is feeling uneasy about it. But not exactly sure how to word it.

What exactly does this line mean?

Ran: お人形さんが着てるみたいな。。。
Conan: って事はロリータかよ。。。
Mouri: 何だか知らねーが、あんた仮装行列みてーな格好絶対させねぇからな！
Is お人形さんsupposed to be a singer or something? Also, I'm not sure of the best way to translate the first part of Mouri's line, 何だか知らねーが.
