For anyone living in Japan...
The Tsutaya near my house has any non-new release DVD for rent for 100 yen. Limit is 10 at a time... the sign I saw said the deal would end on 6/30...
Not sure if it's a local promotion or not (I doubt it).

all i can say is I <3 TSUTAYA.
Maybe they don't do this at yours, but at mine you can get five CDs for 1000 yen
