The first one I fail constantly because I can never remember which side is which.
享 is high because I used to always write 受 the first time I went through RTK.
The other three, I dunno. I definitely remember failing 案 a lot my first time through. Which is funny because I think I could always right it when given the word 案内, just for some reason in my mind I couldn't connect it from keyword to kanji.

For guidance, I just think of a Sat Nav keeping you GLUED to the ROADWAY. Someone else's story I think, but it works for me.

丹 is number one failure. I often put the dot on the top. Not next time

My worst kanji is easily
呼 call: because the right primitive is so weird and rare!
Honorable mentions:
統 overall: Kept mixing it up with 総. Changed the story recently, maybe this will help.
氷 icicle: I keep wanting to write 永
蓄 amass
妬 jealous: I tend to get the sides mixed up.
