Good idea, there was a "stickies" topic here meant to do that, but it didn't catch on so I deleted it after several weeks.
However there is Learning Resources : Stickies to collect your favorite topic links in the Learning Resources forum.
I guess you could add more links there regardless which sub-forum they are from, if people use it I can move it later to the General Discussion topic.
