the only thing with using more than two columns, is how is the user going to see the info on their srs when its in another column that is not the question or answer? it would be great to add on the stuff and have it all separate,maybe it is possible, but i dont know how to set that up.
when i thought of this, i kinda just wanted the cards to be simple, like on AJATT

"Q:　世界に愛を注ぐ
A:　せ・かい　に　あい　を　そそぐ
World [to] love [object] fill/pour out
To fill the world with love/To pour love out into the world"

and adding the explanations is good, but it would take a lot of time, and if someone needs more clarity, they can look at the extra notes in the dictionary itself

but we can change the format to fit the majority

In Anki you can set up the cards to have multiple fields, just by using multiple strings in the card templates, for example:

%(Reading)s
%(Meaning)s

field to insert the data, and you can always select to have it skip that column.

ah i see, im not a big fan of anki, i mostly use Mnemosyne for simplicity.

i imported an updated file and it started a new doc.
does anyone have more experience in google docs?

I'm unable to edit your new sheet as well. I created a 3rd spreadsheet, and formatted it in the same way the other group projects have been done. I invited you to it as well.
I also configured it to allow editors to invite others to edit or view. If you can't your original sheet working, feel free to use this one.

Yeah, but most people here use anki, and I'm using stackz.

And it is easier to combine cells later, than to change one cell in two.

that is the one that kerosan41 made, and this format is good, you may have to request to join.

also i have done upto page 115. the end of the D section
so if anyone wants to start mining let us know what section you are working on.
i will work on formating what i have to fit the new sheet and then add it.
but pages 63-115 are already done.

I will make pages 148 - 163, I made a note also in googlesheets, I think it would be a good Idea if every made a note in the spreadsheets on what parts he is working

i'll do 115-148

I put all in Word, copy as 'unicode text only' not as spreadsheet, after it, I searched after '。　' (。+space) and changed it to '。^t' (^t is for TAB), after it I copied it back to Excel and in the google spreadsheet.

Same way with ' pg。 '

Another Tip: If you writing Numbers and english Letters, you can switch fast with 'ALT+SHIFT'　between englisch and IME.

I checked the document. When I have the time, should I just write a note concerning the pages I will input and start typing in sentences? I still think this project could use a talented coordinator Smile

Choose some pages, better some chapters and write it in the column, where I and cm2jr4 wrote which pages we make in the moment or want to start soon, so nobody starts the same sentences!

Write your name before the message, like I did.

If I choose to make some sentences, I choose for example ni1 - ni7 which are pages 289 - 303, or rareru1 - rareru2 which are pages 364-373. I will ignore rashii in the 2. example on page 373.

Write a Timeframe you think, you will need for it

I don't know why exactly, but a reason could be, that everyone can change the spreadsheet.

Changes like deleting the whole document are not so as bad as make small changes which nobody expects and hard to find out with one look.
