Pronunciations on WWWJDIC! - snispilbor - 2009-04-18
I just noticed they've updated WWWJDIC with audio pronunciation for many of the entries! I haven't had a chance to really check them in any depth, but the one I did check was a male voice and my GF said it was good. Anyone else investigated these for quality/errors? I wonder if they were manually recorded or generated robotically from the kana?

I just noticed this yesterday myself, and apparently they're provided by JapanesePod101 which certainly seems like a trustworthy and knowledgeable source. According to http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwjdicaudio.html there are over 100,000 clips - pretty crazy! Haven't had a chance to hear many of them yet, but the few I've heard sound fine so far, if a little on the quiet side. These clips may also be of limited use if they're simply single words, but I've probably been spoiled by the complete sentences of iKnow.
