So 田中さんは大丈夫かな would be I wonder if tanaka is ok. かな is often used with the potential form and in this case means something along the lines of 'I wonder if I can wear it and look fashionable', which sounds horrible in English but conveys the right sort of meaning. If you really want to do this, why don't you try and find a Japanese person that you could tag-team with? I've always found that it's best to have two people translating things, a native speaker from each side. I would leave the "boy's" out. "It consists of the Haruhi-style hair-ribbon and two styles of "North High" school uniform. Not sure how to unpick the next sentence: "Both the ribbon and jacket colours, together with their shape, give the items great impact" (not much different from yours). What wrightak said regarding the next sentence, but I'm not sure it's first person, I was thinking along the lines of "Think you can get away with wearing it?"
