I'm reviewing kanji at work (a Japanese junior high school), and the internet filter blocks only kanji 1691 (mannerism) for some reason.

Could someone who can access the page tell me what's on it that the (Japanese) content filter would block, simply out of curiosity?

If it was a filter that also went off of English keywords, quite a bit of the stories on this site would have been caught already, however this is the first time I've come across this.

I also work at a Japanese junior high school but the filter doesn't block it. Is this your first school?

Every school is different as my first school only had internet on the vice-principal's computer and my current school has wireless internet for everyone.

I have three junior high schools. One had an ethernet cable with internet at every desk, my current school has ethernet cables at every desk (but not connected to the internet), and one has a single internet computer located in the hallway area of the teacher's room.

They each have their own filtering system, but out of the three schools this one is the most strict.

It's ok though, as my 'office' (a different building that's not a school) has a filter that blocks seemingly the whole internet except Wikipedia and a few random pages that have yet to be discovered.

And I just did a google search for 'anal sex' that wasn't filtered, so 'drainal flecks' wasn't what set it off.

Don't understand filters in Japan. Myspace was blocked at most public libraries I went to. Ketchup? Ketchup is offensive to me but the Japanese love it. They put it on everything. The only word I know using it is 辟易 (=cringe at, can't stand). If you don't like ketchup it will be easy to remember.

Back on topic: I like solving puzzles, but give up on this one. There don't seem to be any likely candidates. (Mammoth?)
