Reading novels when you're a Japanese kid - monitor - 2012-10-11 This is one of the reasons I'm excited about e-readers becoming popular in Japan. It'll be possible to buy a book, and then adjust the "level" of furigana to the level you need. So you could have a software "slider" that lets you select what grade level you're at, and then it'll only display the furigana for the words you don't know the readings for yet. |
