Online J-TV - kazelee - 2008-12-05 Anyone any good TV resources online. I started with TVU, but all the J-channels stopped working. I used Veoh, but they just disabled their old TV player. I tried Livestation, but the only channel that seems to work, for me, is J-QVC. I am, literally, at the moment, using KeyHole TV. I don't care about the framerate. The sound is barely audible, though. Suggestions? Online J-TV - activeaero - 2008-12-05 http://www.multilingualbooks.com/online-tv-japanese.html Just scroll down for the channels. Online J-TV - cameron_en - 2008-12-05 I was a little annoyed when Veoh stopped the Veoh TV services, but Veoh's Web Player seems to be a lite version of the same thing. I downloaded ザ!世界仰天ニュース with it this afternoon and it works fine. For Japanese variety shows check out this website: http://veohdownload.blog37.fc2.com/ Online J-TV - deathspi - 2008-12-05 I also used to use TVU, was great until they took the decent Japanese channels away, and I`m also using Keyhole TV,(well, trying to make something out from the noise anyway!) This usually shows some channel on it, but tried it just now and it wasn`t working, but it might just be me. http://www.freshverse.com/tv.php Would be interested to see what everyone else comes up with.

Wait, is there a way to get Veoh Web to play shows one after the other like with Veoh Tv? I've had a few problems with the Web Player itself. Like it only playing 5 minutes, then showing me "chapters" to select, then showing a commercial and starting from the beginning. WTF! I think it was Veoh making an attempt to do the hulu thing gone wrong. It's working fine, though, at the moment. Hopefully that's not on all day .
Online J-TV - Captain_Thunder - 2008-12-05 The audio on Keyhole TV is pretty good for me. You might want to try Googling for "tvtokyo mms stream" or whatever channel you want to watch. The streams are "under the table" so to speak, and go down occasionally, but when they're up they provide very high quality. During summer I was watching TVU almost all day. Access to high quality Japanese streaming television was easy and things were good. I can watch the same dramas over and over, but I really liked watching things like news and variety shows in which people interact. My immersion since then has fallen dramatically now
Online J-TV - bodhisamaya - 2008-12-05 I got frustrated with those on-line TV sites and now buy used dvd's in bulk from EBay for about $2each. Japanese video stores rented them out for about 6 months and then sell to make room for new ones. I have mostly stopped watching anime and watch variety shows now as the Japanese subtitles stream across the bottom. Online J-TV - bodhisamaya - 2008-12-05 HEY!
