i was wondering something about verb construction. lets say i'm entering some sentences into my srs that contains -tara form verbs from my textbook but what should i do about the way im suppose to construct the verbs into the -tara forms should i just put that into it's own card in my srs or should i just forget about how to construct them and just memorize the verbs already constructed in the context of the sentence ...err i hope that made sense

If I'm understanding your question correctly, just put sentences into your SRS that contain the correct usages of -tara verbs. That way you see them used properly and in a way that a native speaker may say them, instead of simply a dry rule. You can look up the rule, and memorize it if you wish, but I'd save the SRS for sentences that exemplify it.

Let me try to re-word your question so I can make sure I understand you:
Should you put just verb constructions into your SRS (like the front of the card simply reading たら or 食べたら), or should you put in a complete sentence with the verb construction (like りんごを食べたら吐いてしまった)？
If that's your question, definitely keep the verb constructions and the verb together along with the sentence. If your textbook doesn't provide any sentences, find some examples elsewhere and put those into your SRS.

If you're asking if you should come up with flashcards showing how to conjugate verbs, like
食べる －－＞ 食べたら
泳ぐ －－＞ 泳いだら
etc,
then, as they said, no, I wouldn't. Verbs all conjugate predictably anyway; once you know the basic pattern, there's nothing else to learn.
