help with this sentance - konakona50 - 2008-11-21 この世界に、価値はありますか。 now now heres my best shot at trying o translate it be completely blunt about it if its a total sucky translation is here it goes "is there value in this world?" there how was that? help with this sentance - iSoron - 2008-11-21 I think it's correct. But be aware that 「価値はある」 is an idiomatic expression meaning <something> is worth <something>. Eg, from google: 100円の価値はありますか? Is this worth 100 yen? (literal: does this have the value of 100 yen?) |
