I think the easiest thing to do would probably be to type up your sentences in a clean spreadsheet, and then copy/paste them into this master spreadsheet when you are done. At the bottom of the spreadsheet you will see that there are 14 sheets altogether, one for each chapter of the book.
Important Info
Joining: For now, just typing up your sentences is all the proof you need to join. When you have them, just send me an email or something.
Format: Because of the nature of these phrases, context is critical. If a
phrase is a response to a question, then that question should always
be included along with the answer. In that case, there would be no need to make a separate entry for the question alone. This may not always be obvious, so you may have to just go with whatever you think works best in some situations. The Question/Answer can be separated by a slash(/).
Here is the format I would suggest for spreadsheet entries:
Page# | Phrase with Kanji | Reading | Meaning | notes
Edit: it was also decided that it might be good to have an extra field for specifying gender of the phrase
Example:
15 | どうしたの？/別に何も。｜どうしたの?/べつになにも。｜What's up?/Nothing
much.
In the notes field, you can put any important information regarding context, whether the phrase is used by males or females, etc.

It sounds like atreya may already be started, so he can have Chapter 1. Fujiwara, do you want to take ch2?

Oh, and a very important note: Make sure you have the Revised Edition of the book, which was published in 2003! The original was published in the 80's, and was written in romaji. I don't know what else is changed, but the books may differ significantly.

Anyway, I have also used extenstive notes and have not added them for the obvious phrases. If anyone else feels that some notes are missing in Chapter 1, feel free to add them.

Anyway, thanks for the heads up. Will modify them as soon I am done with Chapter 6. What I thought was that maybe we would be using the notes field for reviews as well since the context is understood only from the notes.

Or is this a grammar thing?の as a question word is more frequent in female speech, but it's not exclusive. Men sometimes use it in casual speech, since ですか sounds too polite and か can be too harsh. Follow the examples of other men on this one, to get a feel for it. There's no set rule.
