Hi guys, well I'm suddenly going to Europe for the first time in 16 years haha! But I realized, what am I going to do with RTK?!?! I'm definitely bringing the book along, and my studies are going to be slowed down a lot.... but what about the SRS leitner system? I'm not really going to have constant internet access around- but I have a palm pilot with the anki flashcard program on it (although it doesn't use any sort of timed repitition :S ) If I bring my laptop, I'll definitely have anki on it, so should I switch over now ? And how can I use anki so its similar to the RTK flashcard system (everytime I learn knew kanji, I add it to the SRS and bang... sort of thing)

Theres a plugin for anki that will let you import your progress from this site. As for keeping out the cards you haven't learned yet, you can go into the edit deck menu tag cards you haven't learned yet as "suspended", and then remove that tag from cards as you learn them.
