I came across a good youtube channel - learningkanji - 2016-04-06 I don't know how many of you know about this channel but I came across it while looking for ways to practice my listening. The videos are all in Japanese so you would have to know a good amount to understand what they're saying but for those of you who are around my level, this might be a good resource. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVx6RFaEAg46xfAsD2zz16w RE: I came across a good youtube channel - Arino - 2016-04-06 I watch some videos just for the skits lol. The grammar series 1 and 2 by the british sounding guy is pretty cool and a decent companion to people starting to study actual Japanese through something like a textbook or tae kim (maybe). hahahah... the whole channel is low budget but that's a lot of it's charm, they really want to teach people Japanese, they're not doing it for any other reason. RE: I came across a good youtube channel - CureDolly - 2016-04-07 I love Nihongo no Mori and recommend it on our site. It really is one of the best free resources for learning Japanese in Japanese, which is why at the intermediate levels it is so excellent. It doesn't seem to be aimed primarily at English speakers (apart from the beginner videos mentioned above). There is a ton of N3, N2 and N1 material, and although one may have no interest in taking JLPT, the classification gives a good indicator of the level. Kento-sensei's N3 lessons are easy to understand and mostly have (Japanese) subtitles. He is a lot of fun, a clear speaker and a good teacher. Takepan-sensei's N2 lessons are fun and really excellent. A lot of the lessons seem to be based on the old, all-Japanese Kanzen Master grammar books, but are actually done better than the book and more clearly and fully explained as well as being a lot more fun and listening practice too! Wholeheartedly recommended! |
