A pinyin tone color marker? - SheekuAltair - 2011-04-17 Is there a software or website that can convert pinyin words, or even better Hanzi words, to their equivalent tone color? I was aiming to use the color aspect for another reason. I am using a program that adds pinyin to hanzi words in subtitles for a few days now. It helped me tremendously, just by seperating the words. I'm not at the computer now, so I don't remember the name of the program. But since all words hanzi and pinyin are white, it is confusing to read the subtitles. Ps purple is definetly better than black, for subtitles. But for the rest I guess I'll keep the standard colors.
