LingQ in the morning, SRS at night or in the day with android anki. This was after doing remembering the hanzi to 1500 chars and adding as i went after that (simply cos i got bored of it)... also watch bits of TV here and there. I think this could be, in a nutshell, a good path to fluency after 18 months or so depending on intensity.
