They are the same. The first is Traditional Chinese and the second is Simplified (來/来 is the only difference in this sentence).

Written Chinese is generally just Chinese; it isn't Mandarin or Cantonese or any other dialect, except in rare cases (some magazines and such are published in colloquial Cantonese in Hong Kong, for example). Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Taiwanese, etc. are all spoken languages/dialects.

Chinese can be written using either Simplified or Traditional characters. The use of one or the other doesn't change the language. Think of simplified as shorthand, or like a different font.
