I think CC-CEDICT and yellowbridge are the best.
For tone marks I recommend this site (eg ni3 becomes nǐ).

But the problem is that one Hanzi may also have several pronounciations:
eg 着: zháo, zhe, zhāo, zhuó.
Therefore one should click on the 'Word Detail' tab on yellowbridge.com.
The first shown pronounciation (here: zhe) is the most common.
