I'm working through RTK2 and was annoyed this morning to discover that the compound 翻訳 "honyaku" appears in the chapter "Readings from Everyday Words" as frame 1069 but then appears again in the chapter "Supplementary Readings" as frame 2055.
This must be a glitch.
